They have announced but not charging. Yesterday I called technician due to Dish re-alignment they first recharge Rs150/- in my D2H account and received the amount in cash from me and told that the amount will be deducted from my account within 24hrs. But till now the amount is in my D2H account. Actually they are not organized about entire process of service.
Because as I told first the Technician recharge Rs. 150/- in my D2H account from his own. So, the technician received in Cash by me but D2H not received that. D2H should deduct the amount from my account which the technician recharged first.Did you paid him Rs 150 in cash ? If so then why will further deduction happen.
