Look at the presentation, its just pathetic. DD Channels specially the regional ones look like they r being relayed using 1980's equipments , a person who rather fall asleep than gain information. Also still majority of rural areas either don't have electricity or even if they have there r 18 hours of power cuts. How will the farmers watch this channel despite so many issues?
