Yes sir,presently it's in state active and as per your news, it will be shifted to East Active. There is 1 slot empty in east active. Another channel will be shifted to state active.

They are making space for newly launched channels.

but what's the use of moving the channel from state active to east active. still its not a full fledged channel which we can watch and enjoy

They would be planning to move some channel to State active but as State active already have 4 channels so they are moving DD Odia to more relevant East Active.
