In an another act of heroism by the defence forces during the Yemen evacuation operations, a five day old baby was air lifted on Thursday. The baby was among the last batch of people to be evacuated from the war-torn Yemen.
The baby girl was brought back to Kochi safely in an Air India flight which landed on Friday morning around 5 AM.
"The baby is safe and healthy. She was brought in the incubator," the doctor said.
