The Msos in rural and suburban areas carry the illegal channels but i doubt in cities.

Agree bro...also I think DTH VOD / Active channels are also illegal.....as there was a news about PIL filed in court about this recently......

I am quite sure petitioner is not a ordinary guy and involve in some other company who don't want dishtv to launch in SL.

yes...I think the term Active Services is used as a cover for legality.......but don't know how it would sustain in front of the court......

I think it sustained and case is closed as no update regarding that case. Wish we could track that case update.

same wish here....just hoping that the case is closed as this is an imp issue affecting DTH..........& completely illegal......
