Important Discussion about Remote problem in D2H

The direct channel guide displaying not functioning. No channel list showing by pressing OK from last 2 or 3 days. It's facing on my HD Box 2011. Blue light in Remote and the Blue/Pink Blinker is working when pressing but no channel list is showing on the screen. Anybody facing same problem?

It's working for me.Looks like your STB or remote has developed some issues.Check if OK button works for other functions.

or try resetting your STB.That solves issues sometimes.You will lose your favourite list and all personal settings.

Yeah. Resetting solves most of such issues. So, try Resetting the box as well as take our battery from remote and reinsert it.

Go to setting--> installation--> password --> user settings--> RCU type
