Update Dishtv Upgrading Their call center

In recent time they were slow to solve account based queries, great that they're running the scroll in the website for this info.

Otherwise they scroll only when they plans to remove channel from base pack, from platform, from satellite.

I think Dishtv is facing heat from others & realizing the coming they are investing in CC now....

Until and unless they don't have toll free no. system any such upgrade will be fluke and will be matter of joke in front of many.

Rest according to calling is concern I am satisfactory with dishtv App as just give feedback to dishtv and within minutes they called you back and its for free no needs to spend Rs. 3 in SMS

But from website I never got instant call, only with CEO desk and dishtv App we get call back with dishtv CC within half an hour.

Depend upon timings as well when you request call back from website.

Its not a normal thing company like dishtv responding within 30 seconds tat too when use Website version of Call Me must be special treatment only. I think even in CEO desk I never got such a fast response.
