Update E Mail dishtv from the Official Website

dishtv changed the E Mail Process. From now onwards, submit all your queries and feedback on dishtv website for prompt assistance.

Now when you open the link, You will get this Wizard:

Now If you choose:

1. Existing Customer:

Enter your UserID and Password once you successfully login all the entries will automatically filled you just needs to select the categories of your feedback and needs to write the mail after completion hit Submit button.

Note:- You have to register ourself first in dishtv website.

2. Trade Partner:

Enter your DealerID and Email ID select the categories of your feedback and needs to write the mail after completion hit Submit button.

3. Want to buy dishtv:

Now you can order dishtv connection by selecting this option. Remember all the mandatory fields should be valid and correct. For ordering the new dishtv connection.

Thanks for this info Anirudha Das bro but i find this process quite complicated.

What if someone have to send some attachment. They intentionally doing this so that you don't mark mails to them with "CC" to TRAI or anyother officials.
