E-mail ID updation -Fail

When ever I open my SD account web-page, it request me to update the my E-mail ID.

When I enter the E-mail ID & press the Update key, it gives some JAVA Error messages.

I have tried this on 5 different account. Still same issue (I am maintaining more than 5 SD accounts for all my friends).

This option given on their web-site few days back only.

Did any one successful in update this one?

It happens quite some time. Try Chrome Incognito window.

Same here Bhavan From few months i cant update the e mail ID. The pop up is not updating and same Java error is showing. Didnt checked from few days. I Had talked with CC too but no solutions.

They don't even provide proper platform to register feedback. Sun Direct is the only DTH operator which is least active on Digital Medium and even Website has the least features.

Presently its irritating only. We cant even close that pop up. if we try tyo close the pop up page is refreshing.
