Actor Vijay Raghavendra, will shimmy in the cultural programme Vondhe Sambhanda Adhe Anubanda, which will be aired on Colours Kannada (ETV Kannada). Probably, Vondhe Sambhanda Adhe Anubhandha will be aired on April 26. On the same day, ETV Kannada will be officially rechristened as Colours Kannada.

Apart from Vijay Raghavendra, actress Krithi Kharbanda and several serial actors like Anupama Gowda, J Karthik, Vijay Suriya and Mayuri will perform. Akul Balaji will host the show in the gala evening. Meanwhile, Vijay Raghavendra is currently shooting for the movie Namagaagi, directed by Raghuram. The film has Radhika Kumaraswamy in the female lead. He has also played a cameo with his wife in Ravichandaran's project Apoorva.

After 14 years, ETV Kannada will now entertain viewers in a fresh innings as Colors Kannada. The rebranding initiative is part of TV18’s attempt to expand the footprint of brand Colors to key regional markets. In a month-long process, the company rechristened all the five ETV-branded channels, starting with ETV Marathi becoming Colors Marathi on 22 March, followed by Colors Bangla, Colors Oriya, Colors Kannada, and Colors Gujarati. This follows TV18’s acquisition of the ETV general entertainment channels. Reflecting the culture and traditions of Karnataka through its differentiated content, the brand change goes live on 26 April.

The re-launch day (26 April) will see the premiere of the film ‘Ugramm’ at 2 pm, followed by the rebranding event from 6 pm. The celebration will conclude with a star-studded event.
