During the Bombay High Court hearing in the ₹1.1-crore defamation suit filed by Richa Chadha against Payal Ghosh, Payal's lawyer said she'd withdraw her remarks and apologise to Richa. Richa had filed the suit against Payal for "tarnishing her reputation". Payal had claimed Anurag Kashyap told her other actresses like Richa got work from him in exchange for sexual favours.
