I am unable to do fast forward and fast rewind in my HD box. When I issue command nothing happens. Kindly provide some inputs. I am able to record the contents and play them. Live TV rewind is also not working. Please help.

Livetv rewind wont work unless you press pause if I remember correctly.

Pause doesn't work on live tv. I have enabled live tv rewind to 1hr. Should I contact customer care?

Yes. I have connected 1tb hard drive and monthly USB recording is activated. I am able to record also. Even in recordings I am not able to do the trick modes.

Yeah, at times I used to have the same glitch and it is a software issue so contact CC for technician visit.
