Filmfare Awards is expanding its footprint to Punjabi cinema with the launch of the first edition of ‘Jio Filmfare Awards Punjabi 2017’.
The awards event will take place on 31 March at the Multipurpose Sports Stadium in Mohali.
The awards have got on board Jio as the title sponsor and MH One as the broadcast partner.
Commenting on the announcement, Worldwide Media CEO Deepak Lamba stated, “The first Jio Filmfare Awards Punjabi is another milestone in the brand’s illustrious journey, and it is with the support of our partners that we are able to expand our horizons with every passing year.
