Foreign Companies to be allowed alone in 2G Spectrum Auctions

In the major breakthrough, government has decided to allow foreign companies to bid in the upcoming 2G spectrum auctions on their own. It will no more be compulsory to participate in auctions with a domestic partner, hoping to attain higher participation that could yield it more revenues.
