News Forty injured in Mangalore Express derailment

Around forty people were injured when a train derailed in Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore district early Friday, an official said.

Six coaches of the the Mangalore Express got derailed near Poovanur railway station near Virudhachalam, 230 km from here.

Officials from the railways, police and district administration have visited the accident site, the official said.
