Two earthquakes of moderate intensity jolted the Nepalese capital Kathmandu on Tuesday morning, triggering panic among people who rushed out of buildings.
A 4.3 magnitude aftershock was recorded at 10.24 am local time, with epicentre in Kathmandu. Another one of 3.7 magnitude was felt at 4.20 am in the capital's Kirtipur area, according to the National Seismological Centre.
The quakes were strong enough to force people out of buildings.
