German TV channel Da Vinci Learning would start broadcasting in India from early October this year.
The Berlin-based broadcaster, which is present in 35 countries, is expecting a license by the end of August this year to beam its kids knowledge channel.
"Da Vinci is expecting to get license by the end of August and after that it would convert it into a full channel by early October," Da Vinci Learning MD Mohit Anand told PTI.
The channel's core target would be children aged between 6 to 12 years and plans to concentrate initially on top 12 cities, he added
