Breaking News GSAT 10 is in trial period

today i had a chat with cc and asked them about gsat 10 they told me that gsat 10 is in trial period and coz of that they are unable to add channels

Customer Care Officials dont have a clue.
Its better not to take their words seriously.

CC have to use his IQ and answer such question according to their info. No One below Nodal Officer would have a hint of GSAT-10
