HBO Defined in HD?

When will Airtel or other providers ge these new HBO channels in HD? I know Dish has them but I'm not happy with their packages.

there is no certain time-frame for now.
Though it might be added between april and june.

Until the HD feed are added, you still have option to watch HBO Defined and HBO Hits in SD but other operators don't even have the SD version.
