First off, I live in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I recharged my videocon d2h after a long time. I use A-La-Carte pack. Now after recharging my account, I am faced with this issue where the channels I subscribed to shows this message -
'E100-4 : Service Issue'
I have tried to do refresh by myself via the website several times. But it doesnt seem to work. I also contacted the customer service and they said they sent a technical command or something, but my stb was not on at that time. Therefore nothing happened.
Now as you can understand I cant make calls to the customer service centers in India.
I saw a similar problem on this forum and a kind moderator [ajay.2434] sent some sort of refresh signal to that user which solved his problem. As a new member, I cant send pm to that moderator or probably anyone else.
So if someone can please help me with this problem, kindlycontact me via pm or send me instructions here. I will provide my customer ID and keep my STB open.
