HELP How much waiting?

All knows that I am waiting for some channels in dishtv from years but Channels not getting added

Channels are,
NGC music
9xo
Food food
E24
Remaining Marathi channels

But how long to wait?
Even I am ready to pay separately for it, why can't I get my favourite channels?
Why to change DTH for just some channels?
Isn't there any control of TRAI on this?
Ab kya jaan dede kya in channels ke liye

Ngc music available in HD only
But even I can't take it separately
Neither as part of pick by channels or as a single channel ala carte
Why to stay in this limitations?
