My new videocon d2h stb has SPDIF (CO-Axial) output for Dolby Digital Sound. But my home theater system has only RCA input points.
Any cable or connector available which I can use to connect them both and get Dolby Digital Surround Sound.

No you cannot connect since its a digital output & you need a decoder to decode the audio for speakers. You can only connect it to a digital Amplifier like Yamaha, Pioneer amps.

Amit Kumar I also tried all ways to connect SPDIF to RC output. Searched the net and found some decoder but reviews were negative so did't purchased. (You also find them in here Amazon.com : Digital to Analog Audio Decoder Converter - Transfer the DTS/AC-3 Digital Signal and Stereo(R/L) Audio Signal into 5.1 Analog Output : Sewell Da Convter : Electronics) In market there are digital Amplifiers which were way too costly for me starting from 20K. I also tried connecting with spliters but sound quality was very bad. Then I realized that the only way to get good sound out of spdif is connect with home theater which has spdif input or buy amplifier. :(
