HELP How to Manually Update SW for ADTV HD DVR

Hi Friends,

I recently got a new ADTV HDDVR, But seems like the SW version is still 453 & not 457. When I tried manually updating SW for HD DVR its not working. I tried the same 2465 method its not working. Could anyone tell me how to manually update SW in HDDVR.

Switch on the stb for 1min.Then switch off and again switch on.Then press "back" 4 times and then 2465.
If there is any update for your stb,you will get it otherwise not.

But in Normal HD box its just 2 times Back button rite?

No,AFAIK it is 4 times for all sd,hd & dvr boxes.

I tried many times with all possible ways. Its not working. Can any one tell me for HDDVR. I tried for SD boxes it worked.

On which satellite u have tuned to dish.

Insat4A or SES7

Mine HD box have also 457 version of software so u definitely need updation.

The procedure of 2465 is right but u have to do it quick by pressing these numbers

I am in SES7 only. I do it as the same way I did to normal SD box, but its not working

Try by pressing 2465 only as soon as u got the "initializing" screen
