how to read a mail on D2H STB

I just received a mail from d2h on STB which accidently i skipped... now the message show up on inbox which says "Please go to active service for helpdesk App... "
Just wondering how to read the message.... as i press help on my old silver and black remote the message show up but cannot get a detailed view .... any one else received this message

Please press "Blue" button on your remote control.. Tv will show the inbox.. Then you can read the message..
