HELP I am getting 080 channel on my HD box but not on HD+

Based on the suggestion here I called TS helpline to install SATCR, they said not required even if you have spliiter installed in your HD+ box, 080 channel blank screen is not related to splitter and it will be reolved automatically.

It is happening because of splitter only so do change it and tell them to install lnb with 2 ports and all new channels will be coming from vertical TPS only so you may face blank screen if you dont change your lnb and remove splitter

They told le me this channel is not for customer and for Tata Sky internal testing. So it will remain blank only.

But why others are getting it yeh nahi poocha kya

Nope and I didn't asked too. Because I know engineer have very less insights about company planning.

Its not a big issue of not getting such data channels in the STB even I didn't got such data channels in dishtv but few claims that they're getting on their STB

Are only concentration would be whether we're getting original channels or not ?
