At the just concluded Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) 15th annual general meeting (AGM), Star India CEO Uday Shankar has been appointed as the new president of the organisation.
The position was earlier held by MSM non executive chairman Man Jit Singh.
This is a comeback for Shankar who held on to the position from 2010 to 2012.
The IBF Board also elected Punit Goenka as vice president - Measurement,
N P Singh as vice president – Distribution,
Rajat Sharma as vice president – Strategic Affairs and
Rahul Johri as treasurer.
