D2h changed the LCN of 'IBN Lokmat' , now its moved to LCN 740 from LCN 737

Any katchra channel can become that part of d2h channel list by paying them huge carriage fee

Yes mostly channels added during this year are news channels/region channels which gives them carriages fees i.e tv24, sahara channels
