Independent TV will be charging INR 50 plus taxes as the Network Capacity Fee (NCF) for the first 100 channels.
Independent TV will be charging INR 50 plus taxes as the Network Capacity Fee (NCF) for the first 100 channels. To ensure a wide assortment of choices for its subscribers, Independent TV is offering all the Free to Air (FTA) channels present on its platform to the customers.
As per the regulations set forth by TRAI, 1 HD channel will be treated equal to 2 SD channels.
Independent TV will be charging NCF based on the following details.
Channels NCF Payable (Excl. of taxes)
Up to 100 ₹ 50
101 to 125 ₹ 55
126 to 150 ₹ 60
151 to 175 ₹ 65
176 to 200 ₹ 70
>200 ₹ 75
• 25 mandatory DD channels will be included in the aforementioned composition of channel categorisation.
• To ensure a wide assortment of choices for its subscribers, Independent TV is offering all the Free to Air (FTA) channels present on its platform to the customers.
