In a bizarre incident, Jet Airways didn't allow Indian shooters Anjali Bhagwat and Heena Sidhu to board their flight from Bangkok to Mumbai because of firearms in their luggage, The Times of India has reported. The two shooters were in transit on their return home from the ISSF World Cup in Changwon.

The shooters took a Korea Air flight from Busan to Bangkok, where they faced no such problem. In fact, as per norms, they were issued Jet Airways boarding pass in Busan itself. But the Indian airline refused to accept their baggage on the connecting flight from Bangkok, which was conveyed to the two players by Korean offials.

"Despite having all the documents and paying all the fees, Shailesh Gala, the security manager of Jet Airways in Bangkok, didn't allow us to board the flight. We showed him the DGCA permit and the customs clearance letter but he was adamant and said, 'I won't allow you to board the flight'," Sidhu told TOI.

What kind of jerks they are. Can't they read the permits.

Looks like we have dumb and illiterate people in Indian Airline.
