Royal Challengers Bangalore rode on Virat Kohli's 'lady luck' as they stormed into the playoffs of the Indian Premier League 2015 playoffs after their concluding league match against Delhi Daredevils was abandoned midway due to heavy showers here on Sunday. (Scorecard)

During the rain interruption, Kohli was having a candid conversation with his girlfriend and bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and was all smiles as his side advanced to the knockout stage.

The no-result gave RCB one point which took their tally to 16 and into second place behind Chennai Super Kings (CSK) while Daredevils ended their disappointing league campaign on 11 points.

Virat Kohli gets 'unofficial' BCCI warning for meeting Anushka Sharma

The BCCI has reportedly issued an 'unofficial' warning to Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli for meeting girlfriend and Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma during rain delay in RCB's match against Delhi Daredevils on Sunday.

According to an India today report, Kohli has been 'informally warned' for breaching the rules in Bengaluru as image of his meeting with Anushka flashed on the TV and sent social media into a tizzy.
