After two miserable seasons in charge as Delhi Daredevils' chief coach, South African Gary Kirsten was relieved from his duties on Monday.
The Delhi Daredevils announced the removal of Kirsten from chief coach's job for the upcoming ninth season of the Indian Premier League.
"Gary, with his rich coaching experience made significant contribution towards our team culture and his work ethics were immaculate. We appreciate his contribution towards our team rebuilding process and would like to wish him the very best in all his future endeavors," Delhi Daredevils CEO Hemant Dua said in a media release.
