HELP jio barcode showing redeemed without using it

Guys please help me, I could generate barcode using myjio app, but it is already showing redeemed without even using it. Please help me, I've waited really long for jio sim to come in stock, and when it is finally coming into stock, this is happening....



Another question: If I generate barcode in a phone and use it to buy sim, is it mandatory to use the sim in that phone itself? Or can I use it in any phone?

• u can use ur jio sim in any 4g phone

Even mine was also redeemed but i got new sim by shopkeeper.... he used randoms code and in third attempt its got succeeded.

There are hundreds and thousands who faced this issue because of poor mechanism used by Jio to generate codes. Initial series of codes are same. So any can guess the last digits and redeem.

But I have been told that codes are no more required now.

The jio store guy told me that barcode is required!!
Now plz tell me one thing, I have another 4g phone at home, so can I use that phone to generate the barcode, submit the barcode and get sim, and use the sim in my original phone?
