So the burden would pass onto the employee!
Mr. Rajesh Saini Head D2H service head called me, he apologized for the incident & has ensured that corrective action would be taken to ensure such incidents are not repeated in future. As a literate/ aware consumer we can differentiate between a original & a fake product imagine about thousand of other consumers who might be getting fooled by such illegal practices. They have summed the engineer for questioning today evening.
Any ways i called up the engineer asked him the reason for wrong doing he had his own justification which does not hold logical !!! Any ways again my intention is not to punish any one or become a threat to their livelihood i have told him as well as Mr. saini that i am not logging any formal complain against the engineer... this this incident should be treated as an exception and he should not be punished !!!
But trust this case is not in isolation there are many other service engineer from reputed companies white goods, electronics who come to replace parts & home servicing of electronic goods with duplicate spare parts !! at times we cannot catch them because we our self are not aware ... BEWARE !!!!

and even the technicians would advise the customers to go for other spare parts as it is cheap than to go for company.
