Because more comfortable and when not in use middl seats can be used as arm rest. Its foldable.
Also there is a tray under the front seats where we can hide our drinks while goint out for party

Also K2 and K4 are very basic. K6 and top Model K8 are recommended and both going above 7 lacs.
