Mahuaa tv and Mahuaa plus simulcast DTH & Cable

Dear Friends,
Please find snap of Mahuaa tv and Mahuaa plus simulcast DTH & Cable at the same time on my LCD .... both the channel telecast the same program thus there is no difference between both channel.

Yes Mahuaa TV has better Picture Quality then

I think its a Telly Shoppe. Even NEO SPORTS and NEO PRIME use to show same Telly Brand ads at the same time with 1 or 2 minutes delay with each other.

Both r different channels..
Right now MAHUAA is playing 'Waah Kavi Ji' programme where MAHUUA PLUS is playing bhojpuri movie Parivaar (Starer Nirahua)
i am seeing both the channels in my local cable

ya but sometime they playing same programme at same time but with the difference of 30-40 seconds to 1 minute
earlier i have seen Some serial named Khandaan..was playing on both channel but with some time difference
