Many Channels are not available in "ALL HD & SD Channels Infinity" Offer (1yr Subscription)

I have subscribed the 1 yr. Infinity pack offer for Rs. 5500, for which they advertise that we will get "ALL SD & HD Channels". But they are misleading with the word "ALL", as many channels are not included in this offer! Recently added & Prive HD is also not included in this pack. So, BEWARE! Do not go fo this offer, as you may end up paying a lot off money in future as they are adding so many channels which they are not including it to this pack! I'm planning to move legally, as they are clearly cheating customers with the "ALL Channels" advertisement.

I had even contacted the CC to confirm that all channels are included, and they said all channels are included, except few airtel services. But, now they are claiming that all those channels excluded are aired by airtel channels! I have all those calls recorded!

If it is not added automatically, talk to the customer care. Coz, recently I had the same problem with KTV; however when I notify this to the customer care they have added in my account.

Even Sun Channels also not part of Infinity HD(All SD & HD) Pack according to the ADTV Infinity policy. Although Customer can get this for free by calling CC(Sun Jackpot Top-up SD & HD).

Also also get same reply that &Prive is not part of Infinity HD Pack Through CC .
And I get below written replay on ADTV Facebook page.


Hi .........! The above mentioned channel is recently launched and not part of infinity pack. The same is available as a Top-up at Rs.51 per month. Thank you, Himadri

Let us know how did you get this channel?. Via Topup of Rs. 51, or you get because of HD Identification free topup? or channel directly activated on the launch date(24th Sept)?
