Max 2 advertising that its available on d2h

All over Mumbai, there are huge hoardings of Sony Max 2 and its availability on Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, Videocon d2h, Siti Cable and one more MSO.

In short Max 2 is opening claiming that channel is available on d2h but d2h is not providing to its user.

So, time to query MSM and Sony about. Here is one such hoarding. Sorry about improper angle as caught it in a moving taxi.

max2 is advertising it for quite some days. either Sony doesn't know or negotiating till now.

I too feel that deal is still not okayed otherwise i don't find nay reason to stop its users watching the channel . Its tarnishing their image only.

D2h image already got damaged long back only, in the mid of 2013 when they had advertised HBO Premium duo Coming soon officially on d2h..Rest is history we all know..!!

I doubt so called TRAI do exist in India..since No heavy penalties are charged for such false granted advertisements and promises.

This is what i always mention. Due to lack of regulation and TRAI involvememnt in DTH Industry, consumers have to suffer.

Yes..proper structure of regulation is necessary and total overhaul of TRAI. Is required.
And d2h must be punished for false representation. I am totall unhappy with d2h in my one year subscription.
Now i'm planning to move to other DTH
I'm fed up with its crappy boxes and remotes and services
D2h should learn something from this forum if they read it

I can imagine the pain you are getting into.
You are most unlucky.. started d2h services when they clearly attempted jump suicide into valley from the top mountain..!!
atleast we got early HD benefits so could survive somehow, otherwise anyone would have kicked out this ugly n cheated baby for its false tolerance abruptly ...
