News Moved to Airtel HD DTH

Hi Friends, IM Bro, Admins and Moderators

With great regret i would like to inform you all that i have moved to Airtel HD DTH. This decision i took unhappily because there is no other way. I have been using Videocon for the past 8months enjoying all channels ( i subscribed maximum package). The reason is here in my place Cuddalore coastal area there is no service center. Last week my STB got stuck and channels not working. I called the Customer Care people they helped but the engineer didn't visit the place. I had given complaint so many times and for the past 5 days i was without TV. But Airtel have opened Customer relationship center in cuddalore for this purpose alone. So Just to inform you all about the new product i have moved from Videocon to Airtel.

It's unfortunate that you have to switch operator because of service issue. It's really a bad thing about d2h who failed to provide service.

We would like to hear your experience with ADTV in terms of service, audio and video quality.

same happened with me while I was using dishtv so I moved to d2h

So, every DTH has limitations in proving service but good thing is that some other operator is already present there to compensate.

Hi Lewis Bro i moved to other DTH with great regret bcoz i didn't have any other option. Will update the pros and cons in few days time. Thanks in advance

Airtel have far better picture quality than d2h.

If a user have LCD more 32inch then its better to take Airtel HD.
