There is something which cannot be disclosed in public platform so they will avoid saying security reasons like politician says no comments simple as per the information in circulation they have a problem with the licencee what is that is the suspense

Security reasons are basically finding the real owner and finance of the channel, unless channel can't proof that they're not doing any thing wrong for airing channels their license will remain seized.

but High Court has put stay. So cancellation isn't into effect as of now.
