Good to see that songs are back on MTV
Even i have been observing in since past one month ... but if they would like to survive & be relevant in this category they will have to change with time ... earlier MTV used to be considered as in thing !!! & we have grown with it ... following it like a religion !! Sad to see the current state of affair !!!

90's songs..yes.But m tv not playing songs all the time in day in 16:9 ratio.but most of the time playing in 16;9 only.But 90's songs are playing in 16:9 ratio which is too good.and good selection of songs are coming.Now Mornings B4U music also starts giving 80's songs 7AM to 8AM and 90's 8AM to 9AM.masti 9 am onwards and 9x jalwa 8Am on wards.I am big fan of 90's songs.Because of these songs every day I am going late to office.
Bro u forgot Masti channel also starts 90's songs from 8 AM. Also at times E24 plays good collection, i remember when cable TV started there used to be a channel called ATN which had great collection. later it was closed then taken over by B4U. Earlier in 2003 to 2004 when there were few music channels like MTV, V TV, B4U & ETC most of them were playing either latest music or movie trailers .. there was a dearth of quality music !! the gap was filled by a channel called 9XM which got launched in 2007..... it gave a dimension it played popular quality full songs .... then Masti .& Mix changed the game !!! music channel started focusing on content !!! now other bigger brands have to forcefully follow the trend ... i guess MTV should launch MTV classic channel in India if they wanna ride on the pure music audiences !!!

Masti now giving 90's songs 9am onwards only.ATN was my fav music channel.I remember those days,i used to woke up at 1o clock to watch hindi songs.I still felt none of the music channels can beat ATN.yes,B4U bought ATN songs that is the reason b4u having most of the songs which other music channels doesn't have but sadly b4u doesn't concentrating on 90's songs much which is huge strength of them.
