Previously there was issues in contacting SD CC in Toll Free Number (longer waiting time) and last two days, my calls got connected immediately.
Also they created another portal Sun Direct in order to add channels and make recharges.
The User Id will be the subscriber id and the default password given as 'password' even if it was changed previously.
Initially, there will be an E-mail and Registered Mobile Number Verification Process (Through PIN as SMS) and once it is done, we can see the dashboard with balance, package,validity details.
