HELP Need help on JioFi New Connection

Hello Guys,

I recently bought JioFi, in exchange for Idea 3G dongle. The dealer said that there are two options for exchange,

Option 1:

I would get rs 1000 off on the Rs 2000 JioFi and 5 e-vouchers of Rs 201 that i can use during future recharges

Option 2:

I pay Rs 2000 for JioFi and in return get 10 e-vouchers if Rs 201 that i can use during future recharges

I chose the Option 2

The dealer said that i need to check My Jio App, and i will get the vouchers there. Its been 2 weeks and i have not yet got the vouchers. I called 198 and they said it will come in the My Jio App.

Pls can you guys help

I get balance as Rs 0. And in Vouchers it says no vouchers.

Go to statement option. Generate a statement. Then head over to my plans and see if you have them there. If not check the voucher section.

Cannot generate statement as it says minimum one month is needed. In my plans its says DDD plan. Voucher section says u have no vouchers.

Try generating the statement on jio.com also use the date difference of just 1 day.
Anyways jio is about to launch the feature phone with WiFi hotspot for Rs2000 and 6 months free.
