HELP Need help to improve the quality

Hy Guys,

I shifted from Airtel HD to D2H HD.
Using SONY Bravia BX 100 model LCD (3 years old)

But comparing to Airtel Videocons picture quality is much lesser.
When some black or high contrasting colors come i can see lots of pixels and when something moves can see shades of it.

please help me to sort this issue.

Quality and signal strength should be >90% in STB. Lower value result to pixellation and inferior picture quality.

It will also effect transmission during rain.

@Nish Bhai, I have recently purchased a D2H Hd connection. I havent seen any pixelaton but yes the bluish tint is there which spoils the color natural factor. You need to ask the technician to have a accurate positioning so that you get the picture without pixelation

The low signal quality and signal strength will not effect the picture quality at all as long as the signals are locked properly.
Yes, when its raining or the sky is not clear, it will creat problems like signals lost or scratchy picture.

Low quality of signals will only effect as Freezing pictures. Once the quality is fine it doesnt effect in Picture quality . the PQ depends upon LNB, STB and some times in TV quality too..

Sir, May be you and irshadkhan are correct but i had a personal experience for low PQ in lesser Signal Strength.

So, later on after suggestion of Jamin from IBF, I screwed engineers to set signal strength and quality above 90% and i am getting amazing PQ with very less disturbance in rainy seasons.

As LNB and STB is being manufactured by Videocon in their own factory, so i don't think quality might have degraded in one year. And the 1st think to troubleshoot should be to attain the highest Quality and Signal Strength , then only we would be able to determine other issues.

signal strengths is not affect the quality. if it is below 40 % it will affect.
but friend don't compare with airtel and videocon on quality basis,i too experience same,so i transfer my d2h to my brother (he is not getting much more time to spend with television)and activate back my airtel dth.
