HELP Need Suggestions for buying 32" LED Full HD TV....

I am thinking of buying a LED Full HD TV for a Small Room... My Budget is 10K -Maximum 15k... I am not intrested in investing more than 15K.. If 5:1 DD audio Available in the TV itself then appreciated..
I dont want to buy Micromax,Sansui,LG and Sony..

Panasonic is good.dont go for TCL.

Samsung also good clarity but don't have an idea about price ranges

For 32 inch I won't suggest Samsung as I have used it and felt that it was as good as I expected.
