The movement for net neutrality gained further strength on Wednesday as Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi pitched for a debate on the issue in the Lok Sabha.

Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday gave a notice for the adjournment of the Question Hour and wants the Lok Sabah to debate net neutrality.

"I am going to speak a few words on net neutrality in Parliament," Rahul Gandhi said.
