New HD Channel "EPIC" has started testing .. this channel have AC3 /Dolby Digital audio too .. presently its scrambled using irdeto encryption

They have started testing so fast. It seems like they were all ready and looking for MIB approval only.

Yes. They were supposed to start the channel last year itself. It got delayed because of not getting clearance from I & B

Yes it may come in other DTH also.. but as per new HD channel additions Dish tv may add it at the first place.

It will depend on which company distributes this channel

And my firm believe is Indiacast because Ambani is a 51 % stake holder of EPIC TV
