D2h has started giving the self freedom to users to DOWNGRADE suscribed packs over self care web portal itself (only once downgrade allowed in a calendar month,not necesarily the pack needs to be subscribed fr 1mnth/30days..like if u subscribe a higher pack on 15th Aug & ve downgraded once in Aug mnth,then on sept 1st itself i.e 15days frm subscriptn too,u can downgrade to desired pack)..no need to call customer care from 2day onwards fr atleast pack upgrade/downgrade as both now allowed on web portal...Njoy!
