In cases of Specific Complaints or for new/swap installs, if any, for these STB models, tomorrow onwards FS team can also do a force download at customer premises to have the sw upgraded & ensure new sw version in box before checking services (until auto download gets completed in approx 7-10 days for all subscriber base)
