As far as service is concerned, d2h really provides very good service. They have given wide ways for customer problems solution. they have official Twitter page, Fb page, website complaint, Toll free no. and yes also Direct local engineer calling for quick response. When ever i complained, engineer came on same day.
So comparing these with other DTH, no one has the same, and worst service is of Dish TV, after complaining even after one week no one comes and no one hears your complain properly also. Airtel also not good in quick service facility.
As per my view only fault in service of d2h is they have no technically sound representatives and developers.
And yes other thing is they are making its own STBs unlike others who purchase from other hardware manufacturing companies like Broadcom and many other (can't remember name) which are actually good with better processors. but d2h really need to improve on this if they did this on right way...no one can compete with d2h.
