these channels are available only as add on like SWP which too offers discounted rates for half/full year subscription. Unless HBO tries to reduce the price there might be some issues between d2h and HBO.

I had already told you all. These channels are not coming anytime soon. Better forget them. If d2h was in mood of adding Star Sports 2 and HBO Premium channels, they would have added it long back.
